O avast! antivírus é uma solução antivírus completa e gratuita para usuários domésticos e uso não-comercial (versão Home Edition). A versão Professional inclui bloqueio de scripts e outros recursos específicos para uso corporativo. O programa é compatível com Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows XP x64 Edition, Windows Vista e Windows Vista x64.

Windows Vista SP1: solved an issue in the kernel driver aswSP.sys (problems during system shutdown)

added a workaround to a compatibility problem with NComputing NCT
